Yes! We want you to be head over heels for your new jewelry. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we want to make things right.

We are 100% dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality for both our products and your customer experience. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions at any time. We love our products and want to make sure you love them too. 

Merchandise bought on full price:

We offer a 3-DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE policy after receiving the product, for all designs bought on full price (subject to approval), which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that shipping fees is not refundable on any orders.  In case of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the product once sufficient proof is submitted.

We do not provide reverse pick-up services and the customer will be responsible to send the product back to us and bear the cost of sending the product/products back to us.

Steps for exchange for merchandise bought on full-price:

  1. For exchange please drop us an email to Info@thejewelcloset.com  with your original order number along with details and reasons of exchange. 
    2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost) on the address provided by us (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired) 
    3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the product change. 
    4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


All international orders are non-refundable but the amount will be added in your wallet in case of return!

Merchandise bought on Discount:

  • Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • No exchange or return requests shall be accepted on customized product

Custom Fees

In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be held responsible to cover such fees before delivery can proceed. It is recommended that the customer check with the local post office for such fees prior to placing an order to avoid any confusion.

Stolen or Lost Mail

The Jewel Closet will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. However - on a case-by-case basis, replacements may be provided. Rest assured that if there is reason to believe your order was lost in transit - we will be sure to offer you a suitable resolution. Therefore - do not hesitate to place your orders with us. We make sure to take care of you from start to end :)

During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is wholly accurate. We will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.
